Katie Boyle is the President & CEO of RGNext, a joint venture between Raytheon and General Dynamics Information Technology. In this role, Ms. Boyle oversees a workforce of 400 employees and manages a diverse portfolio that includes space launch and range services, space situational awareness, ballistic missile isle and guided weapon tests, and cyber and software solutions.
Katie has been with Raytheon for 22 years working across multiple functions and product areas. Her most recent role was as the Quality & Mission Assurance Program Quality Lead. Prior to joining the Quality & Mission Assurance role, Katie was a profit and loss/growth and operations lead for Raytheon’s International Cyber Portfolio. She led the initiative to stand up a joint venture with Saudi Aramco for Cybersecurity solutions in Kingdom. Prior to that, she was the Staff Executive to the Raytheon Intelligence, Information & Services President.
