Jennifer “Jenna” Hunt Frazier is a Raytheon senior director and president of RGNext, a joint venture of Raytheon and General Dynamics Information Technology. She leads a business area of 2000 employees and is responsible for a broad portfolio consisting of space launch and range services; space situational awareness; ballistic missile, guided weapon and aeronautical tests and evaluations; and cyber and software solutions.

Frazier led multiple program areas in Raytheon to include Civil Missions, Tactical ISR, and Enterprise Services. She was the deputy for the Intelligence Production Solutions mission area, which developed end-to-end intelligence production, improving the customers’ ability to orchestrate, collect, process, analyze and distribute large volumes of intelligence data and information in near-real time. Additionally, Frazier has held multiple program manager roles leading software development, hardware infrastructure and manufacturing efforts.

Before joining Raytheon, Frazier served in the U.S. Army. She held several roles, including platoon leader, company executive officer, battalion personnel officer and assistant brigade operations officer.

Frazier was recognized with the 2018 Raytheon Program Leadership award. Frazier holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an MBA from Texas Women’s University, and a master of engineering degree in cybersecurity policy and compliance from George Washington University.
