Gerry R. Talaia is the President of RGNext, a joint venture between Raytheon and General Dynamics Information Technology. In this role, Mr. Talaia oversees a workforce of 2,000 employees and manages a diverse portfolio that includes space launch and range services, space situational awareness, ballistic missile and guided weapon tests, aeronautical evaluations, and cyber and software solutions.
With over 35 years of experience in the Department of Defense industry, Mr. Talaia has successfully managed complex range operations both domestically and internationally. His notable assignments include overseeing multibillion dollar programs such as the Kwajalein Atoll Base Support contract, the FAA’s Technical Support Services program, and the Navy’s Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Operation & Management contract. As a Finance Director at Raytheon, Mr. Talaia was instrumental in driving financial results by evaluating contract performance, aligning strategic investments, and optimizing resources through rigorous financial analysis and discipline.
