Accountability is often seen as a one-way street where employees are expected to be accountable to the company for delivering results. However, it is equally vital for our employees to feel RGNext is accountable to them as well. Accountability can be made a priority by enforcing the view that constructive feedback and follow-ups are equally important for both the employee and the company.
My goal is to make RGNext an innovative workplace, where our employees feel welcomed, inspired, cared for, and heard.
What do we need to do to achieve this goal? In an effort to collect candid feedback, we’ve created the “Employee Feedback” submission box below. Please use this form to share comments, ask a question, or voice a concern regarding your workplace experience. All feedback will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact information and request a direct response from me, or the appropriate functional leader. I will personally review each response generated from this initiative.
Thank you for your engagement – I look forward to hearing from you!
Gerry R Talaia, RGNext President
